"I would like to say that everyone involved in the insurance claim to the St. Andrew’s steeple conducted themselves in a courteous and professional manner. All aspects of the proposed work were well explained in advance, and all parties to the work, whether it was Ecclesiastical, the contractors or sub-contractors, replied to inquiries on a timely basis. Furthermore, when a commitment was made to a timeline, the work was completed on time.Everyone in the congregation has remarked positively on the results. We are having a re-dedication ceremony in conjunction with our “Anniversary” Sunday service in June, and I have been asked to say a few words about the repairs.
