St. John's Church, Nova Scotia hit by tropical storm

"Our church is located right on the harbour which makes it susceptible to high winds.  After the tropical storm hit, we noticed extensive damage to the siding of the church steeple. We were anxious to start the repairs, realizing that time was a crucial factor in eliminating further loss to the church. Immediately, we had a contractor come to assess the damages and costs to fix the siding. Ecclesiastical reacted very quickly, requesting photos of the steeple and a copy of the contractor’s estimate for the repairs. Our claims representative also notified us that should the loss exceed $10,000, the policy deductible would be waived! This was excellent news to us. We promptly forwarded the required information and on the same day received positive instructions to proceed with the repairs. Throughout the whole process, our representative provided quick and reasonable solutions when handling our claim. He was very knowledgeable and advised us to obtain a certificate of liability insurance from the contractor doing the repairs. We were surprised at how smooth our claims process was going and how much has been done in such a short amount of time. Two weeks later, we received a cheque payable to the contractor as per our request. Thank you for all you have done. The job on the steeple was excellent. It has been a pleasure dealing with you. I was extremely impressed with your level of professionalism.
