BAPS Charities – 4th Annual Gala Fundraising Event, May 2010

BAPS Charities is the humanitarian wing of BAPS, a registered non-profit international charitable organization. The 2010 Gala was organized to benefit the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario and the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund. The keynote speaker was Dr. Subodh Verma, MD, Cardiac Surgeon and Research Scientist, St. Michael’s Hospital, Toronto. This is the fourth year Ecclesiastical Insurance has sponsored a table for 10 and invited customers and a broker partner to share an evening of networking, entertainment and presentations. The evening was held at the BAPS Swaminarayan Complex; the Canadian Museum of Cultural Heritage of Indo-Canadians and the BAPS Shree Swaminarayan Mandir.
