Tina Budnarain–Tackichand

My internship has been a very rewarding experience. I have worked in every department, experienced different aspects of the industry, and established a solid foundation for myself. I have been given opportunities to leverage my knowledge in every department — from mastering company-wide insurance systems and processes to building solid working relationships with members in other departments. Ecclesiastical has given me a wealth of knowledge and experience in a very short period of time, including working with members of the industry in Canada and the UK.

The focus on continuous learning and the concept that you ‘learn something new every day’ creates a unique dynamic. I am constantly challenged, mentored and motivated to do better. It has been the perfect fit to both my career and personal development. Few companies offer one-on-one mentoring in such an inclusive and encouraging environment.
