Western Regional Branch serves customers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories. Our full-service office is located in the Bow Valley Square complex in central Calgary. Comprising 4 office towers, Bow Valley was designed by WZMH, (formerly called the Webb Zerafa Menkes Housden Partnership), an architectural firm renowned for the design of landmark structures.
Our Western team includes underwriters, claims services and risk control specialists with decades of experience as well as CIP, FCIP, and CAIB professional designations. Led by Betty Dietz, Regional Manager, they offer a full range of insurance products and services and are dedicated to providing comprehensive risk management expertise and empathetic claims service. Working closely with independent broker partners, they offer tailored insurance services and solutions that meet our customers’ specific needs.
