Pacific Regional Branch serves Ecclesiastical customers in British Columbia. Our full-service office is located in the Bentall Centre, a complex of five office buildings and an underground mall located in downtown Vancouver’s financial district. Among the tallest office towers in the city, Bentall Centre is an integral part of Vancouver’s skyline.
Ecclesiastical’s Pacific team members are university graduates with degrees in arts, commerce and business programs. They also have gained CIP or FCIP designations. Led by Elissa Mak, Regional Manager, this experienced team has built excellent working relationships with independent brokers and customers throughout the province. Pacific Regional Branch offers a full range of insurance services and solutions that meet our customers’ specific needs.

Elissa joined Ecclesiastical in July 2003 and served the customers and brokers of Ecclesiastical in the role of Branch Manager, Pacific Canada before being appointed Regional Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the property and casualty business, she has worked in sales and marketing and underwriting and portfolio management with major Canadian and global insurance companies. Elissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba, a B.A. in Administrative Studies from the University of Winnipeg, a Certificate of Education from University of Hong Kong, and has won many awards throughout her academic career. Elissa is a Canadian Accredited insurance Broker (CAIB) and a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP).
