Our National Programs Branch is located in Toronto alongside our corporate Head Office and Central Regional office. National Programs serves organizations whose members share a common purpose but operate out of different locations. These customer groups may be regional or national in scope. They include places of worship, schools, museums, care facilities and select commercial enterprises. In addition to our Toronto-based team of claims, underwriting and risk control specialists, National Programs consults with, and leverages the resources of all our regional offices —Atlantic, Central, Western and Pacific.
Led by Jane Williamson, National Programs Manager, this branch works very closely with independent and national broker partners and customers to develop customized insurance products. The team also provides comprehensive risk control services to help customers better understand and manage risks.

Jane Williamson joined Ecclesiastical February 2006, serving customers and brokers in the role of Program Team Leader, Claims. Appointed Manager, National Programs Region, in July 2007, Jane is responsible for developing and serving national programs across Canada. With more than 18 years of industry experience, including claims and risk management, she has a solid track record of team leadership and customer service performance. Jane majored in Finance at St. Lawrence College and is an Associate Institute of Canadian Bankers (AICB) as well as holding the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Canadian Risk Management Certificate (CRM) insurance professional designations.
