Along with our Head Office, we are located in Toronto’s Yonge Eglinton Centre, a perfect mid-town location with easy access to the transit system and Highway 401. On a clear day, the CN tower and Lake Ontario are visible to the south, while the numerous trees and parks to the west and north are reminders of just how green Toronto is.
Our team of underwriters, risk control and claims specialists have decades of experience in the industry, as well as CIP, ACII, P.Eng. and CRM professional designations. When it comes to serving our key customer groups: faith, retirement, education facilities and museums, they can draw upon their extensive knowledge and expertise. With the largest number of faith organizations in the country located in Ontario and Quebec, our team members have a unique understanding of this core segment. Colin Robertson joined our Canadian team in October 2008 from Ecclesiastical, United Kingdom, where he held the position of Regional Manager, Gloucester Regional Underwriting Centre. Prior to this, Colin spent a number of years as Ecclesiastical’s Group Deputy Chief Surveyor and was instrumental in establishing the risk control function in Canada. He has over 13 years of management, underwriting, risk control and marketing experience gained with other insurers in the U.K. Colin holds the Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute insurance industry professional designation and the National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
